Alicia a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search. Alicia Hall emerged from a nationwide vote as the winner, beating out 11 other contestants. She was rewarded with a million-dollar contract with NEXT Model Management and a spot in SI's 2005 Swimsuit Issue. Alicia Hall was born in 1985 and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. It did not take long for the fresh-faced Alicia to begin dreaming of becoming a swimsuit model; at the age of 7, she told her family that doing so was her career goal.
